Alliant recently sold a new Allworx 6X voice over IP phone system to Farmers Insurance. The Allworx phone system will allow them to use all of the features of the product such as remote phones, auto attendant, unified messaging, follow me call paths, soft attendant console and voice mail. The ability to have a remote extention at any time or place was the selling feature that was the most attractive plus the ability to administer 100% of the features of the product themselves. Alliant will install and program the entire system and then train them how to maintain the 6X going forward allowing a quick ROI. Alliant and the customer can remotely administer 100% of the system.
