State of the Art Manufacturing and State of the Art Alliant - Zultys IP-PBX Project

Founded in 1986 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA., Grayling Industries manufactures the Avail Glovebag and Control Chemicals, D-Con Showers and Durapax Disposal Bags for asbestos abatement, and the Guardian line of container liners for liquid and dry IBCs. Grayling’s products have become the leader and industry standard in the markets the company serves. The company holds over 20 patents related to the unique design and manufacture of its products.

Grayling manufactures in a modern 60,000 square foot facility in Juarez, Mexico. The plant utilizes over 40 very specialized heat-sealing machines to create its uniquely shaped and formed polyethylene products. The company employs over 200 highly trained workers. The company’s products are sold worldwide.

During the month of October, Grayling contracted with Alliant DataTel to install twin Zultys MX250's IP-PBXs in their North American Atlanta sales office and at their manufacturing plant in Juarez, Mexico.  An Inter-tel and Avaya phone system were displaced, respectively in lieu of this new VoIP technology.

MXgroup allows multiple MX250s to function as one.

MXgroup a special software integration tool developed by Zultys allowed the two MX SIP server devices to be connected "as one" over the Internet.  This provided for "free" 3 digit dialing between both offices, as well as offering instant messaging, chat and presence via MXIE.  Future plans call for deployment of off-premise IP phones in residences and the use of SIP video.

MOUNTAIN VIEW / SUNNYVALE, Calif.  - Pivot VoIP today announced that it has completed its acquisition of the assets of Zultys Technologies, including all key intellectual property, online and offline brands and the complete product portfolio.  Effective immediately, the company will adopt the full identity of Zultys to ensure the smooth business continuity of the leading IP communications equipment manufacturer.

Pivot VoIP, which was formed and supported by Telrad Connegy, an Israeli-based PBX manufacturer with a 50-year involvement in the global telecom arena, will subsequently cease to exist.  All of the operations of Zultys at its Sunnyvale, Calif., location are currently being restored.  Telrad Connegy owner and Chairman Avi Weinrib will assume the role of President and CEO of the newly reorganized Zultys.
